We’ve worked with and continue to work with these groups. As well as small groups of individuals who are looking to learn self defense to boost their confidence and learn practical skills to avoid and fight through a possible assault.
These Self Defense workshops are offered every other month. We can also make these happen on demand with a small group.

We teach proper striking techniques that make the most sense for smaller frames, basic grappling concepts for escapes, proper vulnerable targets for attacking, we discuss personal protection tools such as pepper spray, knives, stun guns, and firearms, and we spend time discussing mindset and mentality for proper awareness and preparedness.
This workshop focuses on being grabbed in various ways and ho to escape. We also prepare you for the eventuality that we end up on the ground and lose our mobility. How to escape from detrimental positions, such as someone sitting on your chest. We work on how to deal with a variety of attacks and how to use attacks to facilitate getting back to your feet to escape.
This workshop focuses on the use of weapons in conjunction with the skills and knowledge we deliver in Parts 1 and 2. Learning how to access and deploy a tool is a skill in itself while under duress.
This class shows you exactly how to turn the predator into the prey. Weapons are the great equalizer. With a tool in hand, a smaller person has a physical advantage in the ability to do damage at various levels in order to stop the threat.
This workshop focuses on the carry and use of firearms for self defense. This will include a variety of skill development practices that supplement Parts 1, 2, and 3. This can also include live fire exercises by request.
